Giving a bequest is getting up for doing the good thing in language. Giving a bequest is giving property for someone without the reason in terminology. Bequest can be accepted to everyone from its owner. Something that has given to someone because of bequest. That thing is certainly to be accepter owner. The accepter can sell or use or wear it depend on the accepter.

The basic law of giving a bequest is optional because of we have enough the property. We should accept a bequest that has given by someone. Cause it will give the happiness for the giver.

     Bequest of object that is giving object which will be the accepter owner. Bequest of benefit that just gives the benefits of object for using or wearing. It has two kinds of time:

It can be forever or it can be temporary or can be just the loan and it must give to back for the bequest giver before passing away.

              

      E. The prohibition of taking bequest

     The prohibition of taking bequest is prohibited.

  If you take the bequest that has been given by you, it is like a dog that has throwed up and the dog yellows its throw up.

Taking something back that has been given is only for the parent to the children.
