A.      Meaning of Giving prize

Giving prize is the gift to someone without the repayment. It is as a thank feeling from someone. The give can give from personality, factory, company or the country. There are its kinds in this modern era. Example: The country give a named someone who meritorious for the country.

B.      The basic law of giving prize

Giving prize will have the care feeling and it will erase the bad feeling to someone in Islam.

C.      Harmony and rules of giving prize

1^st harmonies of giving prize are:

a.       Someone who is the prize giver (Muhaddi)

b.      Someone who is the prize accepter (Muhaddalah)

c.       Something that will be given as the prize (Muhaddah bih)

d.      Step down o.’s the thing (Ijab and qobul)

2^nd rules of giving prize are:

a.       It is for prize giver who must be adult, be smart or intelligent, allow and the prize owner.

b.      It is for prize accepter who must be someone who really needs it, be adult and be smart or intelligent.

c.       It is for the prize that must be clear and has benefit for the prize accepter.

D.      The differences between the shadaqah and  the prize

Shadaqah and price have the same meaning from giving something that is given to someone by the giver.

1^st difference is shadaqah for someone who needs it and the prize for someone who has enough the property.

2^nd difference is shadaqah for keeping someone who still doesen’t have enough thing and prize for respecting someone who has meritorious.

3^rd difference is the basic law of shadaqah can change to be obligated depend on the condition and the basic law of prize is optional forever.
