       A.      Meaing of fitri tithe

Indonesian usually says fitri tithe. Fitrah is soul or 1^st eating or early in language. fitri tithe is tithe of staple foods such as hullend rice, wheat, corn, date etc that is given in the last Ramadhan after the sun sets until before doing ‘Idain praying in the terminology. It is obligation every muslim even though adult Muslim or kids Muslim who still have much staple foods. Its measure is 2, 5 kilograms. Fitri tithe i is for cleaning the soul (Tazkiyatun Nafs) and it completes our fasting that usually brokers from doing bad thing and it is for helping poor men by someone.

       B.      The basic law of fitri tithe

fitri tithe is obligated on Sya’ban 2^nd of Hijrah. Everyone measure is one Sha’from staple foods depend on your country; if you are in Indonesia you will give the staple foods such as hullend rice, corn, wheat, sago etc. And if you are in Arab, you will give the staple foods such as wheat, date, cheese. Giving fitri tithe is a father’s responsibility that has wife; children must give their all fitri tithe.

      C.      Obligate requirement of fitri tithe.

1^st is Muslim

2^nd is someone who is still in this world when the sun still hasn’t shone

3^rd is someone who has much properties every day.

      D.      The time for giving fitri tithe.

The time for giving fitri tithe starts from maghrib until before doing ‘Idain praying.

     E.       Mustahiq of fitri tithe.

It is deference than maal tithe that must be accepted the tithe. Fitri thite must be given to poor ma by Muhammad .
